Use of this website and of Capstone Rentals’s services is subject to these terms.

Service

Capstone Rentals is a rental brokerage service operated by Capstone Realtors. We facilitate introductions, shortlists, visits and lease execution between tenants, companies and property owners. We are not a party to the lease itself, and final terms are always between lessor and lessee.

Brokerage

Our standard convention — 15 days’ rent on 11-month residential leases and one month’s rent on corporate or long leases, payable on lease execution — applies unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Nothing is payable before a lease is executed.

Accuracy

Rent bands, society descriptions and availability indications on this site are provided in good faith as market context and change continuously; they are not offers or quotations. We verify homes before shortlisting, but final verification of any property, its title and its terms rests with the parties to the lease.

General

All content on this site belongs to Capstone Realtors except third-party names and marks, which belong to their owners. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
